For a limited number of clients per year, Tamara offers a bespoke individual mindfulness training. Although this training can be for beginners, it is best used by those who already have an established mindfulness practice who wish to go deeper into their exploration of the mind and body. These sessions are of 90 minutes duration and conducted at the Wimpole Street premises. A commitment to at least 15 sessions is required alongside dedication to personal practice and exploration between sessions.
