Next Gen Mindfulness Supervision

Tamara is currently offering on-line mindfulness supervision for mindfulness teachers from any training background.

In these sessions, guidance is given on the personal practice of the teacher and how this relates to both group and one-to-one mindfulness delivery.

Tamara also offers specialist supervision for those working with

- non ordinary states (clinical or psychedelic)

- adapted mindfulness (an approach informed by the neurocognitive model of mindfulness e.g. mindful gardening, boxing, sewing or other creative activities)

- mindfulness for extreme or high performance conditions

- mindfulness and tech development (the Mindful 360 Process).

Tamara’s own breadth of experiences (in healthcare, private therapy, higher education, athletics and corporate settings) means she is able to supervise teachers across a range of contexts and models.

A strong focus on the supervision is the embodiment of mindfulness in the teacher, considered to be one of the core teacher competencies. The Bangor, Exeter & Oxford Mindfulness Based Interventions Teaching Assessment Criteria.

Supervisions are purchased as a set of (minimum) 8 sessions which can be conducted over a time period that suits your needs. Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to arrange an initial interview (phone or zoom).

Definition of Mindfulness Supervision From Bangor CMRP: “A regular space that is contracted between supervisor and supervisee that enables them to reflect together on the supervisee’s mindfulness practice and explore how it impacts and integrates with their work and life. This process is dedicated to developing and deepening the growth, understanding and effectiveness of the supervisee’s application of mindfulness, both personally and in their working life”
